Stay away from this charger at all cost, as another reviewer said, it is absolutely wired incorrectly. When I inserted the charger into the helicopter, the blades began to spin even even though the helicopter was in the off position. I then smelled smoke....coming from my pc. This lovely small charger shorted out two of my USB ports on my computer system leaving a beautiful burnt smell. Be aware DO NOT Acquire Stars
I took a likelihood after reading some negative evaluations about reverse polarities and such, and purchased this cable to charge my RC Combat Helicopters that I bought at Brookstone at Christmas time. This cable functions amazing for me. You plug it in to your helicopter and then the pc. Wait for the red light to glow at the USB finish, unplug and fly away. For 3 bucks it's a no brainer.
